We have identified a potential issue impacting the careers platform which may have prevented some recent job applications from being successfully received by our system. At this time, there is no indication of data compromise. The issue appears to be isolated to submission processing and internal notification delivery. Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause and implementing corrective measures as required. As a precaution, any individual who has submitted an application recently and has not received confirmation is advised to open a support ticket within our Discord server so we can manually verify submission status. We will continue to provide updates as the investigation progresses.
